You can receive all the help you need over the phone if you bought a service contract from
PC-Mobile, until the end of your contract.
What is a service contract for ?
A service contract will give you access to on site or phone support and/or remote support on your PC when possible. A service contract is a pre-paid time bank that is deducted when used. It enables you to get help even if you don’t have money on you because you already paid for it. A service contract is better than insurance, it’s money in the bank and you also save a bundle.
I want to get a service contract, How can I buy one ?
We’ll be more than glad to discuss your needs with you . Please call us and we’ll be able to find out what is best for you. We will then go to your place to do the paperwork in person.

What kind of payments does PC-Mobile accepts ?
We accept cash and valid pre-paid service contracts for on-site repairs. We also accept checks when you buy a service contract from us. The contract will be valid only when the check is accepted by the bank.
Why do I get an automated message when I try to get in touch with PC-Mobile ?
You will get an automated message if you call us outside our business hours. You could get the same message if all our lines are busy. In either case, please leave us a message and we’ll call you back during our business hours.

How much does a phone support costs?
Since only service contract owners can benefit from phone supports, the cost will be charged in time. for all calls of more than 15 minutes, time will be deducted in real time. For example, a phone support call of 35 minutes will deduct 35 minutes from your time bank. Take note that a minimum of 15 minutes will be deducted from your time bank whatever time the call takes.
I don’t have any money, can I pay later?
Sorry, PC-Mobile does not offer credit. A service contract could spare you some trouble.
How much will it cost me if someone comes to my house and it takes less than an hour to do the job ?
PC-Mobile will charge the first hour in full whatever time it takes to fix your computer. Of course, a job done from our office, with a valid service contract, will be charged 15 minutes at least.
